Case-2136 Case-2136
At 48 years old, this patient wanted to restore upper pole fullness while lifting breasts that had gradually descended over time. She had previously undergone breast surgery performed by another surgeon more than 10 years ago and was ready for a refreshed, more youthful appearance.
To achieve her goals, she underwent a breast augmentation with mastopexy (breast lift) using Allergan SoftTouch® silicone gel implants placed in a Dual Plane II position (partially beneath the chest muscle). This technique helps enhance upper pole fullness while allowing the breast lift to reshape and elevate the natural breast tissue for improved contour and nipple position.
Her results demonstrate a more youthful breast shape, improved symmetry, restored volume, and natural-looking proportions—all while respecting her existing anatomy and prior surgery.
Every patient’s anatomy and goals are unique. Surgical planning is individualized to achieve results that are balanced, natural, and long-lasting.
