This patient, a mother of two in her late 40s, came to our north Dallas office desiring rejuvenation of her breasts as part of her overall mommy makeover procedure. Over time, pregnancy, breastfeeding, and the natural aging process had contributed to loss of upper pole fullness, breast ptosis, and changes in breast shape and proportion. Her goals were to restore a more youthful contour, subtly reduce breast size, and create improved shape and symmetry while maintaining a natural appearance.

To achieve these goals, a breast lift was performed using a superior pedicle technique combined with a Wise pattern skin excision. This approach allowed for reshaping of the breast tissue, elevation of the nipple-areolar complex to a more youthful position, and restoration of upper pole fullness while also decreasing excess skin and volume. Her results demonstrate improved breast projection, enhanced contour, and a more balanced, rejuvenated appearance consistent with the rest of her mommy makeover procedure.
