This patient is a 38 year old mother of two who underwent a primary breast augmentation with the goal of achieving a natural, subtle enhancement while improving upper pole fullness. She desired a balanced result that would complement her frame without appearing overdone.

To accomplish this, moderate plus profile implants were selected to provide gentle projection and enhanced fullness in the upper breast. The implants were placed in a submuscular (under the muscle) position, allowing for a smooth contour and a more natural transition along the upper pole.

Her procedure lasted approximately 60 minutes, and she was able to return to light activities within just a few days.

Her postoperative result reflects a refined, proportional increase in volume with improved shape and fullness, while maintaining a soft, natural appearance both at rest and in motion.
