Patient Details
This 29-year-old patient presented with a petite frame and minimal native breast tissue, seeking a fuller, more feminine shape while maintaining a natural overall appearance. Her goal was to enhance volume and create improved breast shape without looking disproportionate to her body.
To achieve this, moderate plus profile implants were selected to provide appropriate projection and upper pole fullness. The implants were placed in a dual-plane submuscular position, allowing for optimal implant coverage in the upper pole while facilitating natural shaping of the lower breast.
Her procedure lasted approximately 60 minutes, and she was able to return to work within 48 hours.
