Patient Details
This patient underwent a breast reduction to address chronic back, neck, and shoulder pain caused by the weight of her breasts. The procedure was performed using a Wise pattern skin incision with an inferior pedicle technique to optimize both functional relief and aesthetic contour.
A total of 1750 grams was resected from the right breast and 1690 grams from the left, significantly reducing the burden on her upper body while improving symmetry and proportion.
Her surgery was uncomplicated, and she recovered smoothly without any issues. She is already experiencing meaningful relief from her symptoms and is very pleased with her results.
