This is a 38 year-old mother of two children who underwent a breast reduction to address chronic neck, shoulder, and back pain, as well as shoulder grooving from the weight of her breasts.

The procedure was performed using a Wise pattern skin incision with a superomedial pedicle technique, allowing for both effective volume reduction and improved breast shape. Over 500 grams of tissue were removed from each breast, significantly reducing the physical burden on her upper body.

Her recovery was uncomplicated, and she experienced marked relief of her symptoms. She also reports improved ability to perform activities of daily living with greater comfort and ease.
