This patient is 33 years old and suffered from chronic neck, back and shoulder pain due to the weight of her breasts. She also complained of bra strap grooving and non seasonal intertrigo. During her uncomplicated breast reduction surgery, which took approximately 2.5 hours, approximately 950 grams of breast tissue was removed from each breast. She went home the same day of surgery and underwent an unremarkable postOP recovery. These images show her result at nearly 1 year after surgery. She was extremely happy, stating that her symptoms were gone and she had a new sense of confidence.
