Patient Details
This is a 47-year-old female patient is a mother of three children who came to our plastic surgery office seeking breast enhancement. She complained of decreased fullness and sagging of her breast after breast feeding. Her goals included more upper pole fullness, enhanced projection and a moderate increase in breast size.
After consultation with Dr. Tabbal, she opted to undergo breast augmentation using 300cc smooth, round silicone gel Mentor® breast implants which were placed under the muscle (dual plane II). As is customary at our practice, her surgery lasted approximately one hour and she was able to return to work in 48 hours.
These postoperative photographs document her result at one year after surgery.
