Patient Details
This 23-year-old patient came to my office seeking breast augmentation surgery.
After extensive counseling, she opted to have smooth, round, silicone breast implants placed “under the muscle” (i.e. the submuscular position). Specifically, she chose 300 cc Mentor ‘Moderate-Plus’ profile gel implants.
Surgery was performed in approximately one hour and she was able to return to work in 48 hours.
Postoperative photos taken one year later demonstrate enhanced upper pole fullness, pleasing symmetry, and shape.
