This 67-year-old female desired a more youthful facial appearance. During her consultation, we recommended a face and necklift as well as upper and lower blepharoplasty to correct the ‘deflation’ and ‘descent’ of typically occur in facial aging. These procedures were performed and she recovered without incident.
