Breast Augmentation Patient 7

This patient had previously underwent a breast reduction by another physician approximately 20 years earlier. She presented to our office in Frisco with concerns that her breasts had a deflated appearance and sought to restore a youthful breast shape, maintaining a “natural result”.

Of particular concern was her desire to avoid an “augmented” or “overdone” appearance.

She underwent an uncomplicated surgery including concentric mastopexy (i.e. breast lift) with simultaneous breast augmentation using a round, Classic Profile, Mentor silicone implant. Her goals of restorating a youthful, rejuvenated breast shape and contour were achieved. These images demonstrate her result at fourteen months after her surgery.
