Breast Augmentation with Lift (Augmentation-Mastopexy)

This 50-year-old mother of two, who is 5’7” tall and weighs 130 pounds, was bothered by loss of breast volume, sagging (ptosis), and breast asymmetry, with her left breast noticeably larger than her right. Following pregnancy, breastfeeding, and the natural aging process, she desired a fuller, more youthful breast shape while improving overall symmetry.

She underwent a single-stage augmentation-mastopexy (breast lift with implants) to restore upper pole fullness, elevate the breasts to a more youthful position, and reshape the breast envelope. To optimize symmetry, Allergan SoftTouch™ moderate profile silicone gel implants were selected, using a 240 cc implant on the left and a 275 cc implant on the right to compensate for her pre-existing size difference.

Her results demonstrate improved breast volume, enhanced projection, better symmetry, and a more youthful breast contour while maintaining a natural appearance that complements her body proportions and aesthetic goals.
