Breast Augmentation Patient 3

This 47-year-old patient had a history of previous breast augmentation by another surgeon 15 years earlier. During that operation, she had Mentor Moderate Profile, saline implants placed under the muscle. She came to our office seeking a fuller, more ‘augmented’ breast shape and also wished to have her saline implants replaced with silicone.

During her operation, the saline implants were removed and replaced with 485cc Natrelle INSPIRA^® Full Profile, silicone implants. To optimize the breast ‘pocket’ for the new implants, we performed limited capsulectomies as well.

Her surgery and recovery both went smoothly. She recovered without incident and was very pleased with her outcome.
