Ideh MacDonald – Nurse Injector
Ideh MacDonald is a family nurse practitioner and experienced aesthetic injector who brings a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to nonsurgical facial rejuvenation. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Texas at Arlington School of Nursing in 2013 and returned to UTA to earn her master’s degree as a family nurse practitioner in 2018. Before focusing on aesthetic medicine, Ideh practiced family medicine, giving her a strong clinical foundation and a whole-patient perspective.
Ideh has a keen eye for facial balance and specializes in treatments designed to enhance each patient’s natural features without creating an overdone appearance. Her medical spa, Star Rejuvenation & Wellness Center, is located in Addison, Texas, and she dedicates several clinical days each month to seeing patients at Dr. Tabbal’s Frisco office. Her approach emphasizes careful assessment, patient education, and honest recommendations—including advising against treatment when it may not provide a meaningful long-term benefit. Working alongside Dr. Tabbal, Ideh offers personalized injectable treatments with an emphasis on safety, facial harmony, and natural-looking results.
